COLUMBIA, Mo. – On November 2 & 3, 2021, the University of Missouri International Trade Center, along with trade assistance partners from across the region, hosted the 2021 Mid-America Trade Summit. The 2021 Trade Summit brought together top exporters, global trade leaders and trade assistance providers from across Mid-America. Sixteen Outstanding Exporter Honorees from six states across the Mid-America region were recognized for their export successes during the events proceedings and The Steco Corporation was one of the honorees for this year. The company was honored not only for growth in exporting its products but also for resilience during the last year for maintaining export volume during the world-wide pandemic. During the conference, several presenters shared insights into their trade success involving topics ranging from international marketing to business development to navigating the various hurdles of global logistics.
